Job Description

Monitor student activities in the cafeteria and/or on the playground to ensure safety and communicate incidents affecting student well-being.

Responsibilities

Monitor student activities in cafeteria and/or on playground
Counsel and intervene to ensure acceptable behavior
Report incidents to appropriate personnel
Respond to emergency situations
Assist students during lunchtime
Perform routine cleaning tasks
Assist other personnel as required

Qualifications

High School education or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Experience working with children
Ability to manage small groups of children
Effective communication skills
