Job Description

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage supply chain operations in our distribution center in Warren, Michigan. Join our team and be responsible for various warehousing activities in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

Ensure work procedures are followed
Expedite workflow and issue instructions
Maintain harmony among workers
Assist with work process problems
Maintain clean and organized work environment
Assist with continuous improvement projects
Contribute to daily department output
Communicate and collaborate with team members
Load and unload shipments
Assist with inventory spot checks

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience
High school diploma or GED
Computer skills
Automotive knowledge
Forklift license
Inventory experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in a loud environment
