Responsibilities

Handle department administrative tasks such as answering phones, distributing mail, and managing patient charts.
Assist hospital guests, clean assigned areas, and transport patients and equipment.
Order and organize supplies, maintain inventory, and provide patient care support.

Qualifications

High School diploma OR one year of previous job experience required.
6 months of experience as a Patient & Family Concierge or equivalent.
Demonstrated competency in all responsibilities of the role.
