Job Description

The Shift Supervisor (SS) for Restaurants is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers with a sales-driven spirit. This role involves assisting in the daily operation of the restaurant, maintaining inventories, cash control, and ensuring an energized environment for the team.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of satisfaction
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations

Assist in staff training and development
Manage inventory and store appearance
