Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Team Lead in De Witt, IA. We focus on transporting materials for renewable energy projects. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, leadership skills, and inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as a team lead across warehouse operations
Manage inventory control and resolve discrepancies
Operate warehouse equipment and oversee inbound/outbound trucks
Enforce safety standards and conduct safety inspections
Load/unload materials and stage products for distribution
Identify and label materials, report shortages, and ensure accurate tracking
Troubleshoot complex issues such as shipping delays

Qualifications

3-5 years of warehouse experience
High school diploma or GED
Forklift Certification preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and leadership skills
