Job Description

Siemens is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage shipping and receiving activities at the branch warehouse in Alachua, FL. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of products to job sites and maintaining warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound deliveries, move parts into inventory, pick parts for outbound deliveries
Process all transactions in SAP, create shipping papers
Support service van parts replenishment process, maintain inventory levels
Coordinate delivery of parts to meet project/service demand
Enforce safety and warehouse guidelines
Provide accuracy and organization in work

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
3+ years' warehouse and logistics experience
Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
Verbal and written communication skills in English
Valid driver's license
Legally authorized to work in the USA
