Job Description

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate worker performance and take necessary actions.
Prepare production/sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety.
Act as a contact person for employee requests.
Develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

Prior supervisor experience.
Ability to manage and mentor staff.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety and health regulations.
