Job Description

Clopay Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Columbus, Ohio Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers in person and by telephone for order processing
Assist in pricing of quotes and orders
Balance daily invoice edit and audit open order reports
Follow up on customers' claims for credit
Manage system invoicing and bookkeeping procedures
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and telephone calls
Perform various administrative duties

Qualifications

High school degree required
3-5 years of customer service experience
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Clerical or office experience is a plus
