Job Description

Clopay Corporation is seeking a Distribution Center Manager in Austin, TX to oversee all operational activities and associated costs of the assigned Distribution Center while focusing on increasing revenues and providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales and profit objectives by developing consultative sales strategies
Train and evaluate employees to work productively with professionalism and positive customer service
Manage expenses, operating ratios, and logistics of shipping and delivery
Supervise the entire Distribution Center staff

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or at least 5 years of experience in warehousing/distribution
5 years of building products sales or distribution experience
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent oral and written communication skills
