As a Technical Corporate Recruiter at NinjaOne, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting talented individuals to join our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts and provide exceptional candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Manage full cycle recruitment process
Source candidates from various channels
Recruit for multiple teams and diverse locations
Conduct interviews and negotiate offers

Qualifications

3-7 years of recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with technical recruiting
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Strong communication skills
