KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate to join our International Tax practice. You will work with multinational enterprises on various tax planning decisions and projects to optimize their global operations.
Direct multinational enterprises on business decisions, such as where to locate and operate, choice of entity, how to optimize supply chains, etc.
Advise clients on tax planning decisions and help anticipate potential short- and long-term consequences.
Structure the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and IPOs.
Assist with tax provision preparation for financial statements and compliance work product.
Minimum of three years of experience with international tax, mergers and acquisitions, or federal tax planning.
Bachelor's degree required; Masters in Taxation, JD, or LLM preferred.
Strong knowledge of international and domestic tax law provisions.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
