Job Description

Join our team as a Shift Lead and support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine and completing assigned tasks.
Resolve customer complaints, maintain food safety, and greet customers with a positive attitude.
Provide feedback to team members, participate in training, and handle conflicts constructively.
Assist in profit and loss management, oversee product preparation, and maintain health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Pass background check criteria.
Have reliable transportation.
Able to oversee employees, stock shelves, and manage basic business math.
Capable of physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, cleaning, and standing during most of the shift.
