Job Description

Join The Chefs' Warehouse as a Sales Associate, responsible for selling fine products to restaurants, caterers, hotels, and retail establishments. Be the face of the company and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Produce sales revenue through new sales development and growth
Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads
Travel throughout assigned territory to secure orders
Display and demonstrate products using samples or catalogs
Prepare sales contracts and estimate delivery dates
Work with inside sales representatives to keep account activities up to date
Track stock levels and enter sales data into computer database
Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts

Qualifications

1-2 years of sales experience desired
Previous experience in food sales or professional catering preferred
High energy, positive attitude, and strong team player
Excellent organizational and communication skills
College degree desired
Must live in assigned geographic sales area
