Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Full-time After School Program Director to lead our Afterschool Program in Bronx, NY. The Program Director will oversee the comprehensive after-school program and develop age-appropriate curriculum.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the after-school program
Develop relationships with school staff and parents
Create instructional plans and manage staff
Ensure program meets safety requirements and budget limits
Compile data for program evaluation and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
2 years of experience working with youth and children
Strong interpersonal and team management skills
Expertise in Fine Arts, Music, Theater, or Sports
Clearance from OCFS and DOE
CPR/First Aid certification
