Job Description

Join Mastercard's Corporate Solutions team in driving growth in commercial payments with new financial institutions while deepening relationships with existing clients. This position is critical for expanding Mastercard's US presence in business-to-business payments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of financial institution sales resources to expand customer base
  • Develop value propositions, pitches, and RFP packages for issuers
  • Oversee client migration and onboarding of new issuer clients
  • Monitor and execute cross-sell/up-sell strategies with FI account managers
  • Educate account managers on commercial value proposition
  • Develop regional bank strategy to attract and retain regional banks
  • Define middle market product strategy and value proposition
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and legal teams on growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong ties into transaction banking/corporate banking organizations
  • Experience in B2B solutions and working capital solutions
  • Ability to provide internal and external thought leadership
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
