Leads the QA team by supervising representatives, distributing workloads, providing feedback, and evaluating staffing needs.
Monitors team performance, ensures compliance with quality standards, and oversees training and onboarding.
Handles escalations, creates performance reports, and partners with leadership to achieve objectives.
Requires minimum 3 years of QA experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call center quality management systems is a plus.
