The Supervisor, Account Intake ensures efficient onboarding for clients, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement to support Empower's mission of providing quality, affordable medications.
Supervises and facilitates daily Account Intake functions, ensuring successful onboarding of accounts and clients while coaching and mentoring Account Intake Specialists. Conducts due diligence reviews of registered accounts to provide coaching, retraining, and process improvement while implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures.
Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and self-direct while effectively training and coaching others. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, and Pharmacy Management systems like LifeFile and Post Key.
