Job Description

Homans Associates is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Whippany, NJ location. This position involves shipping and receiving, inventory control, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Shipping and receiving
Stores materials/equipment
Controls Inventory
Upholds strict environmental health and safety standards
Works closely with Store Associates and Sales Managers
Provides excellent customer service to customers
Pulling and staging orders
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
PC skills and inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience required
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be team oriented
Forklift certified
