Job Description

Join Dal-Tile, the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States, as a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate. You will be responsible for a variety of support duties, including servicing customers, processing sales transactions, handling material, and operating forklift equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and office administration support
Address and resolve customer complaints
Perform various warehouse duties such as order processing and inventory checks
Operate forklift equipment
Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of customer service and warehouse experience
Strong organizational and math skills
Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
