Job Description

Join Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, as a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate. This position involves providing customer service, completing sales transactions, and warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers and complete sales transactions
Handle material handling duties like loading/unloading material
Use forklift and/or crane equipment on a daily basis
Perform office administration duties like processing payments and receipts
Execute product order duties such as entering customer orders
Conduct warehouse duties like pulling/assembling customer orders and inventory stock checks

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service and warehouse experience
Forklift experience
Organized, detail-oriented, safety conscious
