Job Description

Support the Store Team Leader in all aspects of store operations including inventory control, buying, merchandising, and compliance. Provide guidance to Team Leaders and uphold regional and store programs.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Team Leader in all areas of operations
Maintain outstanding retail execution and customer service
Select, train, develop, mentor, and motivate Team Members
Uphold and communicate regional and store programs
Regularly inspect the store to ensure compliance with all standards
Review and monitor scheduling, purchases, and expenses
Address customer concerns when necessary

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to multi-task and show excellent follow-through
Interpersonal, motivational, team building, and leadership skills
Basic computer skills
