Job Description

Intimissimi is seeking a passionate Store Manager for its Sono Collection location in CT. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the store team, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients.
Maximize customer portfolio and expand customer base.
Manage stock levels and oversee merchandise requests and shipments.
Train team members on brand guidelines and season strategy.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of retail experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Ability to lift over 20 pounds
