Job Description

Join our team as a Technical Account Manager working with Google Cloud Consulting. Help customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products and guide them through their transformation journey.

Responsibilities

Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey.
Advocate for customer needs to drive new feature development and maintain customer momentum.
Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead strategic planning sessions.
Plan customer events and launches to ensure customer success.
Develop best practices and assets based on customer engagements to support scaling initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience in cloud operations, technical support, or IT consulting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
