Job Description

Warehouse Team Lead responsible for coordinating duties of the shipping team, verifying loaders paperwork and accuracy of loads, and directing the team as needed.

Responsibilities

Direct activities of shipping personnel
Maintain accurate records and provide counts for materials handled
Determine trailer and dock needs
Perform tasks in accordance with company policies
Verify accuracy of product loaders are loading
Manage all dock doors
Verify multiple trailer loads of products for accuracy
Perform all duties required for safety and quality

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Ability to differentiate items accurately
Certified to drive yard switching truck
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Must be able to drive a forklift
