Job Description

Petsense is seeking a dedicated Team Lead to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving operational, sales, and merchandising objectives. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and promoting a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours
Execute merchandising activities
Perform Opening/Closing procedures
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience
Operate cash register and supervise cash handling

Qualifications

Retail experience and pet/live animal knowledge preferred
Supervisory experience is a plus
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license
