Job Description

Petsense is seeking a Team Lead to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in executing operational, sales, and merchandising objectives while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours
Execute merchandising activities
Perform opening/closing procedures
Resolve customer complaints
Supervise cash handling procedures

Qualifications

Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
