Responsibilities

Act as primary contact for assigned customers
Prepare professional presentations/reports
Manage customer workflow and tools
Develop relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure project management best practices are applied

Qualifications

1-3 years experience in project management or customer success
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of P&C Insurance is a plus
