Join STEM Muse, a mission-driven startup focused on advancing the success of women in STEM through mentorship programs. We are looking for a Program Coordinator & Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

Design and implement a mentor recruitment plan
Build and maintain relationships with mentors and mentees
Plan and coordinate events
Promote the mentorship program through various channels
Assist with program administration tasks

Qualifications

Experience in project or program management
Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred
Familiarity with the STEM industry
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to problem-solve effectively
