Job Description

Join Reformation, a revolutionary lifestyle brand that combines fashion and sustainability. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Outbound and Inbound Departments with a focus on production, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate 50+ reports to ensure orders, returns, and receipts are fulfilled within SLA
Monitor department KPIs for the highest level of production
Review backlogs and volumes to create labor floor plans
Provide end-of-shift reporting and stress quality within the Distribution Center
Partner with the Director to seek operational improvements and implement new tools/processes
Recruit and develop team members, uphold OSHA regulations for safety
Understand industry-specific technology

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
Knowledge of Lean, JIT, 5S principles, Excel/Google Sheets
Data-driven decision maker with excellent communication skills
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Computers
Ability to lift and move products up to 40 lbs
