Job Description

Join Restaurant Associates as a Community Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing activities and special events at UBS.

Responsibilities

Manage activation events calendar, Eventbrite listings, and monthly newsletter
Coordinate with various departments for culinary programs and events
Ensure seamless guest experiences and communication flow with clients
Report on sales and attendance for all events
Create new employee activations based on industry trends

Qualifications

Prior sales or events experience in corporate, conference center, or hotels preferred
Flexible schedule with occasional evening work required
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of office technology and equipment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
