Job Description

Join Restaurant Associates, the leading provider of dining and event catering for prestigious museums, performing arts centers, and corporations. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing activities and special events at UBS.

Responsibilities

Manage activation events calendar, Eventbrite listings, and monthly newsletter
Create reservations within EMS Reservation System
Coordinate with various departments for events and meetings
Ensure seamless guest experience and vendor coordination
Collaborate with Catering Managers on events
Stay within budget limitations and report on sales and attendance
Coordinate with Marketing/Communications team for event support
Meet with prospective clients to showcase event spaces
Perform any other assigned duties

Qualifications

Prior sales or events experience in corporate, conference centers, or hotels
Flexible schedule availability, strong negotiating skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in office technology and equipment, knowledge of EMS preferred
Discreet, ethical, and committed to confidentiality
Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
