Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our growing NYC Real Estate team. The ideal candidate is an ambitious construction professional with experience utilizing digital tools and systems to support project controls and cost control management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement construction processes and procedures.
  • Manage design and deployment of Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) systems like Planisware to track PMO Program controls and financial assurance.
  • Manage cost/change control, including change order review, negotiation, and recommendations, delay analysis.
  • Track and review change orders with Project Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products.
