Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility in Fargo, ND.

Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  • Develop and implement shipping and receiving work schedules
  • Supervise warehouse personnel and ensure productivity goals are met
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance

Employee Relations/Development:

  • Conduct pre-shift meetings
  • Train and motivate personnel for increased effectiveness
  • Resolve employee relation issues and provide feedback

Safety and Security:

  • Ensure safe and efficient warehouse operation
  • Support safety programs and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 1-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FDA regulations
