Responsibilities

Support Store Manager in daily operations
Lead sales floor and team management
Drive store performance and coach team
Develop talent and provide training to Sales Associates
Oversee stock management and visual merchandising
Act as manager in Store Manager's absence
Foster positive store culture

Qualifications

2+ years retail experience
Leadership experience in luxury retail
Proven ability to drive sales and provide exceptional client service
Strong communication skills
Passion for fashion and Isabel Marant brand
