Job Description

RNDC is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee warehousing inventory operations, manage warehouse employees, ensure company safety processes, and uphold SOPs.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate inventory quantities and conditions
Create and enforce SOPs for product handling
Manage inventory return process
Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies
Conduct cycle counts and product walk-offs
Support warehouse operations and safety
Act as a resource for employees and handle employee relations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 3-5 years of operations/warehouse supervisory experience; Proficiency in MS Office; Knowledge of OSHA regulations; Excellent communication skills; Strong leadership and project management skills
