Job Description

Join Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) as the Distribution Director, responsible for leading warehouse and delivery operations within the market. Drive strategic planning, optimize efficiency, manage costs, and maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring safety compliance and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute distribution strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead and manage daily warehouse and delivery operations for efficiency and service.
Act as a liaison with commercial partners to drive operational success.
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
Analyze distribution costs for cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Oversee inventory control for accuracy and minimal discrepancies.
Recruit, train, and develop warehouse and delivery teams.
Promote safety, compliance, budget management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent preferred, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five or more years related experience.
Three to five years previous distribution, transportation and/or warehouse management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years previous management and operations experience with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier preferred.
Ability to regularly operate a motor vehicle.
Current state driver’s license.
Spanish bilingual abilities preferred.
