Job Description

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee warehousing inventory operations, manage warehouse employees, company safety processes, and ensure all company SOPs are followed.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate inventory levels and locations
Create and enforce SOPs for receiving, storing, and shipping products
Handle breakage documentation and corrective actions
Conduct investigations on inventory discrepancies
Perform cycle counts and product walk-offs
Collaborate with Customer Service for invoice errors
Support warehouse operations and maintain a safe and orderly environment
Act as an information resource and handle employee relations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of operations or warehouse supervisor experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CPIM certification, and strong communication skills required.
