Lead and manage the Bank Fraud and Non-Fraud Disputes Center of Excellence within Bank Contact Center to ensure compliance and exceptional member servicing.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 10 years of fraud operations experience. 4 years of people leadership experience. Strong knowledge of bank regulations. Excellent communication skills.
