Job Description

The Lead Cleaner III is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of cleaners in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to team members
Relay communication between team members, client, customers, and management
Report performance issues to the Supervisor
Assist with the training of cleaning team
Coordinate work assignments and schedules
Oversee and perform cleaning operations
Manage security of keys and access cards
Report maintenance work orders
Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
Complete order forms accurately
Provide training to new hires

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
2 years' similar experience required
Must be able to read, write, and speak English language
1 year lead/supervisor experience required
