Join Claire's as a Part-Time Manager/3rd Key Holder in Nampa, Idaho. Be responsible for supporting Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, driving sales, ensuring store operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail targets
Deliver sales through friendly customer service
Assist with store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
Perform ear piercing after training
Maintain store appearance

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of retail experience
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand during shifts
