Responsibilities

  • Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life
  • Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
  • Assess guest connection and provide technical product education
  • Conduct preparation activities for in-store readiness
  • Review daily business data to track progress towards sales goals
  • Participate in store hiring process and address team member performance
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment

Qualifications

  • 1 year retail or customer experience
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating
  • High school diploma/GED/equivalent
