Responsibilities

Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life
Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
Assess guest connection and provide technical product education
Conduct preparation activities for in-store readiness
Review daily business data to track progress towards sales goals
Participate in store hiring process and address team member performance
Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment

Qualifications

1 year retail or customer experience
Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating
High school diploma/GED/equivalent
