Job Description

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned district. Staffs and directs a sales team to achieve maximum profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market.
Responsible for the performance and development of Sales Associates.
Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
Conduct one-on-one reviews with Sales Associates.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Qualifications

5-7 years of sales experience.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
Proven leadership skills.
