Assist in the management of the Apparel department by maximizing all financial opportunities and assuming management responsibilities in the manager's absence.
Deliver excellent customer service, organize merchandising of the department floor, maintain compliance with corporate policies and safety guidelines, assist in the inventory process, and coach associates in the performance of their duties.
High school diploma or equivalent, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, accuracy/attention to detail, and familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
