Responsibilities

Ensure guest satisfaction through check-in, check-out, and coordination of hotel services
Respond to guest reservations requests and handle compliments or complaints
Handle cash, make change, and balance a house bank

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent GED
Prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
