Northwest x Southern Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Eugene/Springfield. We are passionate about providing exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests and team members.

Responsibilities

Ensure guest satisfaction through check-in, check-out, and coordination of hotel services
Respond to guest reservations requests and handle complaints or compliments
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent GED
Prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
