Efficiently and courteously handle customer service during Night Audit shift
Prepare financial reports, analyze discrepancies, and generate backup reports
Execute guest check-in and check-out procedures
Respond to guest inquiries about hotel rooms and rates
High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
