Responsibilities

Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life
Assess guest connection and provide technical product education
Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty
Prepare the store for guests and ensure operational excellence
Review daily business data and motivate team
Participate in the store's hiring process and address team member performance
Create a respectful and inclusive team environment

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the country
1 year retail or customer experience
Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating
