The Overnight Stocking Supervisor at TownTasks assists with scheduling and supervising the Stock Crew to maintain compelling displays and ensure smooth operation of the team. Responsible for overseeing department operations and upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and delegate tasks based on department needs
Resolve team concerns and respond to customer needs
Assist in sorting and stocking processes
Train team members and maintain positive work environment
Complete inventory management tasks

Qualifications

12+ months retail experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
Knowledge of safety policies and procedures
