Job Description

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Acquisition Support Contractor to join the team in a fully remote position. The successful candidate will manage an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers.

Responsibilities

Managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers
Providing exceptional customer service to clients
Collaborating with the retention and attach teams
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients
Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications

Experience with lead management, inbound call handling, and outbound calling
Tech savviness to navigate salesforce, scrub leads, and get them out to the right place
Interpersonal skills to generate interest, ask the right questions, and deep dive with discovery
