Job Description

Join our team as an Investor Relations Specialist at TEKsystems. This position involves making outbound calls to shareholders, providing customer service, and educating shareholders on corporate actions.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to shareholders
Provide customer service through inbound and outbound calls
Educate shareholders on corporate actions
Track outstanding issues and provide updates
Log information into the database
Assist in campaign development
Work in a fast-paced call center environment

Qualifications

0-1 years of customer service experience
0-1 years of experience in finance, business, or related field
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in relevant subjects
Flexible work schedule with Saturday availability
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask between inbound and outbound calls
